The main objective of the project was the intensive use of surface to create four apartments.
Three one-bedroom apartments, with different spatial character, were allocated in ground floor and basement floor. A four-berdrooms duplex apartment, located onn the 1st Floor has access to the backyard via external staircase.
The original character of the existing building was maintained in key elements, such as stairs with skylight, ithe nterior doors, the baseboards and the handrail. Therefore the house was remodeled without spoiling the craft tradition, nor the quality existing in this building.
