The lot where it is intended to intervene has an area of 240m2 that is part of an allotment intended for dwellings, and the remaining lots are still vacant. The building will have 3 floors above ground level, with 120m2 of implantation area and 360m2 of construction area.
The first floor will be set back in relation to the upper floors, with the space under the console serving as a garage and transition zone between the exterior and interior of the house. From this space it will be possible to access the hall (19.36 m2) where the vertical accesses (stairs and vacuum elevator) are located, which allow the connection to the upper floors. The hall will also have a connection with the game room (27.66 m2) and the laundry (10.41 m2), both spaces will open onto an “English courtyard” and the laundry will have a support toilet (1.72 m2). The second floor will be used for the day area of the house and will be organized around a central corridor (19.36m2), where the vertical accesses are located, which distributes to the living room (40.09m2), the kitchen (16 ,75m2) and the office (8.67m2), supported by an antechamber (2.34m2) and a toilet (4.75m2). The living room will open onto the patio. The third floor will be used as the sleeping area of the house and will be organized around a central corridor (19.36m2), where the vertical accesses are located, which distributes to two bedrooms (12.41m2 and 16.39m2), to the west, both with private bathrooms (3.35m2 each) and one with a closet (3.58m2), and the double bedroom (16.79m2), to the east, with a closet (6.18m2) and private bathroom (8.12m2) . The entrance patio will be made of permeable pavement based on inert materials such as Terraway and the garage will be made of granite cubes. The garden will be on green area, with the exception of the connection to the English patio and the living room, which will be on ceramic flooring. The English courtyard will be made of permeable pavement based on Terraway aggregates.
Structure in pillars, beams and reinforced concrete slabs. External walls in thermal block masonry finished on the west and east facades in ETICS system painted in RAL 9016 color. Ceilings and interior walls in plasterboard painted in RAL 9010 color. Outdoor floors in grass, permeable terraway and ceramic flooring. Exterior frames in aluminum lacquered in RAL 7033 color on the outside and RAL 9010 color on the inside. Glass guardrails. Interior frames in enameled wood. Roof in reinforced concrete with gravel finish. Walls facing other properties in concrete block, plastered and painted in RAL 9016 color. Wall facing the street and gates in painted steel RAL 9016.
The site is served by water supply, sanitation and electricity networks. All existing infrastructure will be used. If there is a need for its expansion, the networks to be built will be adapted to the existing infrastructures and, whenever possible, will be connected to them. Access to the telecommunications operators' networks will be carried out through a pipe network buried at a depth of 0.60 m and which will interconnect the ATE (Building Telecommunications Cabinet) to the CVM (Multioperator Visitor Box).
